1) Workshop Dates: The workshop will begin on Thursday
   June the 12th at 9.00 am, and will end on Saturday
   June the 14th at 7.00 pm.

2) Workshop Site: the workshop will take place in
   Levico at the Grand Hotel Bellavista, where all 
   participants will also be hosted. We will also 
   take our meals there.

3) Participants are supposed to arrive in Levico
   on Wednesday June the 11th, and to leave from 
   Levico on Sunday June the 15th.

4) We have reserved double and single rooms for all 
   participants at the Grand Hotel Bellavista for 4 nights, 
   starting from the evening of June the 11th. Participants 
   are supposed to leave the Hotel in the morning of June the
   15th. All special requests concerning special diets, 
   preferred matching in double rooms, single room accomodation, 
   etc. have already been taken care of by the organization.

5) Food and lodging expenses for all participants are covered 
   by the organization, including dinner on June the 11th.
